Running in minutes.
One key, three ways to use it.

Every subscription comes with a license key (it arrives in your welcome email right after you join). That one key works in all three setups below — at the same time: the full desktop package on your PC, and the WarmBook coach inside the Claude or ChatGPT you already use.

Small-business subscriber? Your key starts with WBS-. Your dashboard is hosted — open app.warmbook.app on any device and sign in with your key; nothing to install (your client Book stays in your own browser). The same key also works in the two connector setups below (Claude and ChatGPT) — the coach serves your method automatically, no extra configuration.

This is the whole operating system: the Book (your CRM — contacts, tiers, going-cold radar, lead tracker), the visual dashboard, and a coach that reads and writes your actual business. Nothing to download — your AI builds it on your machine when you ask. Needs an AI that can create files: Claude (or Claude Code) on your computer.

Connect WarmBook in Claude

Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, URL https://api.warmbook.app/mcp, then sign in with your license key.

Say "set up my book"

Your AI creates the Book on your own computer — the data file, your workspace, and the visual dashboard — then starts it at localhost:4317. Takes about a minute, and no file ever passes through us.

Meet your coach

Onboarding opens with the Book, interviews you about your business, turns your 90-day goal into daily numbers, and helps you load your sphere (one-click import from Lofty if you have it).

Using ChatGPT instead? The coaching works there, but ChatGPT can't create files — so it can't build your Book. Use Claude for the full system.

In Claude — the coach in your chats Available now

Briefings, drills, scripts, and your weekly scoreboard inside Claude on any device — including your phone. Needs a paid Claude plan (custom connectors aren't on Claude's free tier).

Add the connector

In Claude (web or desktop app): Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Name it WarmBook, and for the URL paste https://api.warmbook.app/mcp.

Sign in with your key

A WarmBook connect page opens — paste your license key and hit Connect. That's the whole login.

Ask for your briefing

In any chat, open the tools menu (the sliders icon in the message box), make sure WarmBook is on, and ask: "What's my WarmBook briefing for today?" The connection sticks across chats.

In ChatGPT In app review

WarmBook has been submitted to the ChatGPT app directory and is in OpenAI's review queue. Once approved, you'll find WarmBook in ChatGPT's app directory and connect with one click — same key, same coach.

Can't wait? ChatGPT's developer mode can connect WarmBook today (Settings → Apps → enable developer mode → create an app with the server URL above), but it's a power-user path — most people should use the Claude connector or the full package until the listing goes live.

Run the full package on your desktop and the Claude connector on your phone with the same key. One key per agent — that's the deal.

Your data never touches our servers

The Book lives on your computer. The connector only serves coaching content — briefings, drills, methodology — to your AI when it asks.

New feature missing? Reconnect.

Coaching content is served live, so it's never stale — but every AI app caches its tool list at the moment you connect, so capabilities we ship later stay invisible until you reconnect. Remove the WarmBook connector and add it back with the same key: 30 seconds, and nothing about your Book changes.
