Support

Stuck? Write to us.
A human reads every message.

Email support@warmbook.app — that's the whole support system. There's no ticket portal and no phone tree. Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead, and we'll take it from there.

Please include: which app you're using WarmBook in (Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex), what you typed, and what came back. If it's about billing, the email address on your subscription is enough — never send us your license key or any client information.

Fix it yourself in 30 seconds

The three things that account for almost everything.

A feature you've heard about isn't there

Your AI app caches WarmBook's tool list at the moment you connect, so capabilities we ship later stay invisible until you reconnect. Remove the WarmBook connector and add it back with the same key — 30 seconds, and nothing about your Book changes.

"It won't build my Book"

The Book is real files on your own computer, so it needs an AI that can create files — Claude can, ChatGPT can't. Connect in Claude with the same key and say set up my book. The coaching itself works everywhere.

Your key is rejected, or the coach says the subscription isn't connected

Check for a trailing space when pasting — keys look like WBK-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. If it still fails, remove the connector, add it again, and re-paste. Email us if that doesn't clear it and we'll look up the key on our side.

Good to know

Billing, cancelling, and your data.

Cancelling

Email us and we'll cancel it — no retention call, no dark pattern. Coaching stops at the end of the period; your Book and every byte of your data stay on your machine.

Where your client data lives

On your computer, in files you can open and back up yourself. Our server only sends coaching content to your AI when it asks — we never receive your contacts, clients, or deals, so we can't look them up for you (and can't lose them either).

What WarmBook won't do

It won't send messages on your behalf, and it isn't legal, tax, or brokerage advice. It drafts; you read, edit, and send. If you need a ruling on a contract or a deduction, that's your broker, attorney, or CPA.
